Project Architect:
Javier Rojas is one of Costa Rica’s most prominent architects. He graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Centro América and also studied at Harvard University.  In 2000, he won the V Biennial Architecture and Urbanism Prize of Costa Rica for the redesign of the Juan Santamaría International Airport terminal building.  Recent projects include the renovation and expansion of the charming Grano de Oro boutique hotel in San Jose; the Hewlett Packard building located in Ultra Park; Vía Lindora shopping center in Santa Ana; the luxurious Acqua residential tower in Playa Jaco; and Solarium City in Liberia.

Interior Design:
Mari Jose Artiñano brings 15 years of interior design experience to the Naturalia project team. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and has provided professional consulting services to Los Sueños Resort and Marina for the interior design of the Del Mar, Veranda, Riviera and Marbella residences, the latter of which were declared “Project of the Year” by the Costa Rican Real Estate Chamber in 2004.  Her other projects include the remodeling of the Flamingo Beach Resort in Guanacaste and numerous luxury residences in San José and the United States.

Structural and Electrical Engineering:
Ingenya Consultants provides technical architecture and engineering consulting services to industrial, tourism, commercial and residential construction projects via an in-house, interdisciplinary approach that covers the fields of architecture, civil, structural and electric-mechanical engineering.  During the last decade, Ingenya has provided consulting services in more than 300 commercial, tourism, industrial and residential projects, including the Del Mar Condominiums at Los Sueños Resort and Marina in Playa Herradura; the upscale Plaza Los Laureles shopping center in Escazu; the Intel microchip processing facility in San Antonio de Belen; and the GDC CV Lab in Mexico.

Termo Aire is a private consulting firm with vast experience in the design and supervision of electromechanical fire protection, swimming pools, spas and HVAC systems in Central America and the Caribbean. The company has worked on industrial buildings and facilities, manufacturing and processing plants, high rise office towers, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, banks, education and research centers, apartments, condominiums, housing projects and urban developments.
